This package includes:

• Complimentary consultation with bride and groom
• Ongoing consultation and advice (e.g. on wedding etiquette) as required
• Preparing a budget
• Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
• Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding
• Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
• Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations
• Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending
• Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
• Finding, negotiation with and booking suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, etc)
• Reviewing vendors’ contracts and coordinating with vendors
• Providing information to obtain a marriage license
• Ceremony planning
• Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates
• Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours)
• Instructing attendants about their duties
• Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line or “grand entrance”
• Reception planning
• Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day
• Wedding day coordination (up to ten hours)
• Providing a stress free day for the Bride & Groom!

Wedding attire providers (e.g. bridal shops)

Hair Stylist and/or Make-up Artist

• Negotiating with vendors
• Reviewing vendors’ contracts
• Scheduling appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them (where necessary)
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Coordinating the payment of final fees to vendors (if requested by client)
• Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors’ services/products

In addition to the above, you may wish to have additional services provided, such as coordination of the rehearsal and wedding day.  Whatever your wedding package needs, we will design a package to fit those needs.

This package includes:

• Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary for vendors and bridal party
• Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to two hours)
• Coming in two weeks prior to the wedding and checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
• Attending, overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception (up to ten hours)
• Handle any emergencies that may arise!
• Providing a stress free day for the Bride & Groom!
